Buzzing Sound from Speakers

I recently upgraded my graphics card (660) and power supply to run dual monitors. Everything is working fine but now when I play music I get a buzzing sound from the speakers and/or headphones. I checked all connections and everything seems to be okay. Any ideas on what the problem could be.

It might be a bad power supply.

I changed the power supply today. Still having the same problem. In the process of installing a new sound card. Hopefully that will do it.

It might also be a bad audio cable.

it turned out to be the sound card. Replaced it and it works fine
