How can I program my direct TV remote to work with my scientific Atlanta cable box as well. I have both cable and satelite boxes hooked up to one TV and want to use the direct tv satelite remote

The DirectTV remote is fully programmable and already has the most common manufacturer codes....you just have to go into the menu, select "program remote" and follow the steps.
