calling the attention of laptop hardware gods! Hardest laptop cleaning help on HP Pavilion!

I need your help chieftains and gods in laptop hardware department. I am trying to clean this laptop HP i3 Pavilion 15b001ee.
Which among them is GPU, CPU?
What are those things encricled in red? Where should I apply thermal paste? Also, what are the things i need besides thermal paste and tools (do i need a special alcohol)?

The two top ones with the copper pipes running into them. Take the screws out clean it with 91% rubbing alcohol, let dry and reapply the thermal compound of you choice.

How about the isolated one? What is that thing? i think i can apply something to that one.
