Lately I have been having no luck getting through to my fiancée's cellular
phone from my own cellular phone. I get the rapid busy signal. I can call
from a landline and get through, then call again from the cellular and not
get through. I can call other numbers from my own cellular phone, and then
still not be able to get past the busy signal when calling her.
Any ideas why this would be? I'm not up to date on the intricacies of the
technology. Is there some reason that calls from one cel to another would
be handled differently than from a landline to a cel and vice versa?
The cynical side of me says that this is intentional so that all those
folks with free in network calling can't actually use it...but that would
be paranoid. :^)
If it matters, we are both on Verizon (her service is a part of my plan as
a matter of fact) and both of us have the v60s. We are in Syracuse, NY and
I read here recently that there has been deterioration of service lately,
but this one thing seems to be the only thing I've noticed. It is
annoying, though.
