Hi so about 6 months ago i went to go use my camera and my samsung galaxy s2 and an error message appeared saying "camera failed" I have tried everything from updating camera firmware snd phone and even a factory reset and still nothing has concluded in a working camera. I researched the problem I read up on firmware. I dialed the frimware check and checked my firmwares Phone:TBEC28 and my camera:SCEF02
I read that they should be relatively close in number and letters but mine was different. Its asif my phones/cameras firmware has updated without me knowing? Is there anything I could do to get it working again? Extra info- my waranty is void.
