Can’t get surround to work with MXQ PRO and Pioneer Elite SC-81

Please help. Connected with HDMI from Mxqi to receiver to tv. Only plays thru 2 speakers (center).

If two speakers are working, it is possible that cable from center speaker going to other speakers are not properly plugged in or might be damaged. Try to unplug and plug it back in, check also the wires.

All my speakers work as advertised when watching direct tv, Xbox, or dvd. It’s just the Mxq box that doesn’t do full surround. All of the before mentioned components are connected the same as the MXQ pro...HDMI to the receiver and one common HDMI from receiver to tv for all components.
