Can all lcd TV's show 60 hz?

Hello,
I'm looking for an LCD TV to hook up to my computer. Now, because i live in Europe most TVs say 50Hz in their specs, because of the European standard. And, so I'm wondering if one if these TVs will also be able to show 60Hz?

At the moment I'm looking at:

That can definitely do 60hz. Do remember that cable signal is only 24FPS

Yes i know that one can show 60hz
But i was wondering if all LCD are really able to do that, so i could choose something like:
