Can browse pdf online but cannot save pdf from website

Hey..

I just wanted to know if there is a way to save the pdf in the website https/www.aiimsalltheway.com/.
These are medical notes that cannot be downloaded but can only be browsed once you register.

Any help will be great.

Umm, if the terms of the site are that you can browse the notes but not download them, then
1) Tom's Hardware rules forbid such discussions
2) The site will probably kick you off if you download the notes.
