So my dad bought me skyrim special edition on steam but our mac apple computers aren't compatible with steam cause i cant download the game and my mom told me i need to look at pc computers like windows but the windows we have dont work as they're broken, and my family "does not" have the hundreds of dollars to buy a gaming computer, and i cant get a job cause my dad needs me to focus on school and i 've got several brothers and sisters to look after as i cook for them and look after them while my dads at work, and the reason im trying to port the daedric realms part 1 the hunting grounds mod to skyrim special edition on xbox one which i have but i really want this mod as no one has ported it so basically can dell laptops be used to play skyrim special edition on steam

i dont have one actually im trying to find one to buy as i just got the game today; all im trying to do is find a laptop thats between 13-30 dollars to download and play skyrim special edition through steam anything would suffice and it also has to meet the requirements Skyrim [Special Edition]

You must have a typo there, a laptop for $30 would be ancient and slow, but for $300 you may be able to find a used system good enough to run Skyrim. You may want to find a friend/relative that is good with computers to check on some used systems with you and your parents.
