Can I connect 2 additional(National RX-CW54) 60w speaker to my philips SPA5190B 5.1 90w

No. Just adding more speakers doesn't work.
To get 7.1 you need a HTS with 7.1 processing. That would likely have the correct number of speakers including in the package.
