What all info can i find out about my Samsung Galaxy Express 3 by the IMIE number..am trying to get my Gmail account as well as my Samsung account

Contact your service provider for any phone info. Your gmail account would not have anything to do with the IMEI, it is your gmail email address. If you forgot your account info as well as any recovery you setup, nothing we can help with.

They should be able to, they use the IMEI number when setting up the phone, so would have a record of it.
