can i install another graphics card on my laptop?

I have a dell inspiron 15r 5521 laptop with intel core i3 processor, 6 gb ram and 500 gb hdd and when i bought it came with intel hd graphics 4000 and on the users manual which i downloaded from dell shows intel graphics/AMD Radeon HD 7670M so can i install the amd graphics on my laptop?
