Can I run Diablo 3 on this Laptop? Im looking for a good laptop under 600$. any suggest?

Yes you can, i run diablo 3 at 1333 x 768 on my laptop which has

an i 3 2220m and intel hd 3000

of course everything is on low.

you should be able to hit medium at 1600 x 900 i think, probably higher, diablo 3 is not a demanding game.
