I just got an HP Stream 14 Quad Core laptop with beats audio, the specs are:

AMD Quad Core A4 6400t 1.0 GHz
2 GB RAM
AMD Radeon R3 graphics

no your CPU is to slow and you only barely have enough RAM but even if it does run it will barely run and have a ton of jerkiness to it making it barely playable and most of the good horror parts not as scarey.
