Really need exact CPU & GPU but with that said 512mb is incredibly low, I can't see it running or if it does it will likely be bad. GTA V is a bit of a VRAM hog

I don't know your gpu model, but something with .5 gigs of vram probs won't run it. I would buy a new gpu (you don't need something amazin, at least a gtx 750 or 950). 4 gigs of ram will run it with nothing open in the backeound, but I would highly recommend getting 8.
