Yes, shouldn't be a problem at all.

The minimum requirements were a Q6600, 4GB RAM and either a 9800GT or HD4870

Given the age, I assume your i7 "2.0GHz" is an i7-2630QM ? The GTX 560M is a substantially stronger GPU.

Falls a little short of the "recommended" requirements, as that would call for a GTX 660, but should certainly be more than playable.
