You could definitely play both GTA5 and Fortnite on pretty good settings, but I wouldn't be too sure about PUBG, that game has ridiculously high system requirements and even then doesn't run amazingly. GTA5 is very well optimised and fortnite has pretty low system requirements as standard so you should be fine for at least 2 out of the 3.
