Can I Unlock This CPU?

i have the phenom ii x4 945 cpu in a biostar ta790gx 128m motherboard. i want to unlock the multiplier but i dont know how to or if i even can. also i can never up the voltages. even on my old x4 9950 cpu. i can up the voltage but then it just returns to normal.

If its a non black edition CPU, you cannot unlock the multiplier. You can overclock the CPU however, but it has to be done at the reference clock.
