Can I upgrade disk and ram on inspion 11 3162

I have a dell inspiron 11 3162. sandisk df4032 32 gb andBest buy and the sticker on the box said I could. 4.0 gb DDR3 memory. Can I up grade to larger sandisk and 8gb memory?

Yes I have seen those before, however on he box that it came in, it said I could upgade to max 8 gb memory and a 128 g drive. I have not cracked the box yet so i will do tomorrow and see if the inside is the same as in video and pictures. Thanks for the reply.

It was from Dell. They have apparently 2 versions of the 3162 one is upgradable the other is not. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to crack the dell open.
