I have a HP Notebook 17-X019DS Laptop 4GB Intel Pent CPU N3710 @ 1.6Ghz?

Can this CPU N3710 be replaced/upgraded for a higher (2.x Ghz) CPU? If so, what CPU could be best? Thanks in andvance.

You will probably have to buy a new mobo to upgrade. If you look at your manual, they list some parts as switchable/upgradable and the cpu is not one of them. Additionally, if you look at the component replacement list, the models with the Intel core processors have completely different heat sinks, and the models with both Intel core processors and discrete gpus do too, so it's not like you would be able to plug-and-play even if it was replaceable.
