Almost certainly no.
The HDMI port is output, not input.

The HDMI port on a laptop is output only. It won't work with a ROKU. Most anything a ROKU can do, the web browser on your laptop can do. Netflix, Amazon video, etc ...

A few older Alienware laptops had HDMI ins/outs, but every other laptop I've heard of only has HDMI outputs. So no, it won't work.

well my laptop picked up the Roku and installed it, but it's not completely me use it
