Can my Lenovo ThinkPad run sims 4?

I currently have a Lenovo ThinkPad Helix 3702 and I was curious if I could run Sims 4 with it? I am planning to upgrade it to 8gb ram but that's all i can do, here are the specs:

You shouldn't have much issue meeting the basic minimums for Sims 4 but since I don't know what graphics version you have, hard to say for sure. DO you know exactly which CPU model you have or which integrated graphics package it is?

Actually, you have HD graphics 4000 which should be moderately better than the GeForce 6600 minimum requirement. You should be fine.
