Can my pc run Black Ops 3?

I have a Hp Pavillion and here are the specs on it.

I was wondering if I could run it somewhat smooth and also on doing a spit screen. Is there a way I could project one half of the screen to a computer monitor and the other half to my pc's screen? Thanks In Advance.

Yes, but at low to medium settings. Better not to try split screen settings, your laptop graphics is not powerful enough to handle that in games.
