Can not go to settings on my phone for pebble apps

When I click on the settings option on my phone in the Pebble app it will not go into the settings window so I can set settings.
Has any one else had or has this problem. I have unloaded, deleted and re-loaded apps several times but they still won't let me go into the settings screen. Have also restarted the Pebble too. One example is the Modern watchface and another is the Heavy watch face and another is the Cards for Pebble. None will let me set settings. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok since post my question, I retried rebooting the Pebble, disabled some old devices (such as the Gear Fit) that I have no longer and rebooted the phone and now the settings are working within the Pebble app. Love the Modern watchface and Cards for Pebble. Good stuff.
Hope this helps someone if they have the same problem with the settings. I had done all of the above previously but not all in one session in a row. That seems to have done the trick.

Thank you gnuck. I had the same issue with the Modern watchface and just a reboot of my watch made the trick!
