Can the Toshiba P55-5200 and P55-A5312 processor be upgraded?

I would like to know if the processor of the Toshiba P55-5200 (Intel® Core™ i5-3337U) and the Toshiba P55-5312 (Intel® Core™ i5-4200U) can be upgraded? If yes please provide the name and characteristic of these processors?
I have been browsing the internet looking for a AMD motherboard and Intel motherboard with dedicated memory (NVIDIA or AMD) for these two laptops however, I did not find anything so far.
Can anyone tell where I can find a Intel or AMD motherboard with dedicated memory or a AMD motherboard for these two laptops?
