Can you turn the Sennheiser GAME ONE PC Gaming Headset into a USB headset?

I'm looking to buy a new headset and I do not have a sound card in my PC. I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to headphones in general. With that said I'm looking at getting the Sennheiser Game One headset, but without a sound card I'm afraid I will not be able to optimize it. Are there any adapters or different cables I could use for the headset which will connect it to my PC via USB?

Go to your favorite shopping site. Set your budget, then read reviews. As I said, you can spend $20 (even less), or $200 on USB-to-analog audio adapter.
