Can you use headphones with mic with combo jack on a PC?

As the title says, if I buy headphones with inline built in mic (https/www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD-461i-Headset-Control/dp/B015X1CCKQ/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8) can I use the mic for PC as well just by connecting the 4 condcutor jack to a splitter which divides it into two jacks (one for mic and one for headphones).?
