Cannot access my facebook

I am unable to log on to my Facebook page because i recently had my phone number changed and i set my account up with a 2 step authentication process so they are sending me one code to my email address but the other code is obviously being sent to my old phone #. Please help.

If you don't remember the password, and don't have access to all of the recovery devices, the best we can tell you is call Facebook and see what they can do for you

I agree that you have to contact Facebook's customer support. You'll see the contact page in the setting.
