cannot monitor my GPU

Hello, recently my pc started to freeze so i searched for solutions meanwhile i applied cooling paste on my 9 year old graphic card, played skyrim and all was good tho i got concerned about the temperature of my GPU so i downloaded 4 different programs for monitoring including OHM but none of them show my graphic card so i figured something is wrong. Can you guys help out? Thank you

Have you tried GPU-Z? also, which gpu do you have? better post your full pc specs.

I dont think its related to that because i measured my temperature before and it was there but i think it will have to do something with me reinstalling Windows and i might be missing some c++ or directx or something
