canon 20d camera not found by Windows7

Plugged my canon camera into my windows 7 will not detect. Camera menu Communication is set correctly to PTP - - no luck.,,, going nuts - Ive rebooted still nothing.

Try with another cable and check with another computer. You can always just remove the memory card and use a card reader also.
