Canon A1100IS: takes pictures just fine; cannot zoom unless shutter pressed half-way; menu buttons do not work; only the view pics button works; pressing any button while viewing pics, it begins scrolling through memory at fast pace; pressing any button will it's scrolling and it will stop on a pic.
replaced the control board, still having same problems.
thought about replacing top power/zoom/shutter ribbon.
camera has not been dunked in water, nor dropped from high level.
any thoughts?
