Cant Access my SD Card and Built in Internal SD card memory from Android Phone

I cant Access my SD Card and Built in internal SD card memory from Android Phone.
Everything is Ok. Only When I Open Camera, its showing message: "Insert an SD card before using the camera." I have tried many SD cards but not working. I cant use Blutooth also.

My Phone is "Symphony Explorer W128" mobile in Bangladesh.

Phone Internal Memory : ROM 4 GB (user available 1000 MB) + 1.27 GB internal SD card.
I cant access external SD card and this 1.27 GB internal SD card also.
I have tried 4 GB, 2GB 1 GB Memory Card.
Few months ago it was working well.

Suddenly its not working.

I have gone to a Small Service Center but they cant solve it.

Please if any Expert is here, please help me.

I would check <Settings> <Storage> and see if your SD is properly mounted.
