Can't boot into windows installer cd

When the message comes up saying to press any key to boot from CD, I hear the CD load but it just sits at a black screen, please help, my old install doesn't boot so I need to install over it to keep the files

I have made a windows install disk and USB using the windows 10 tool, but when I try and boot from either of them, it shows the Asus logo with the loading dots and goes to a black screen, how can I sort this?
