Can't decode my toshibas led blink code

Hi, I have a toshiba sattlite l670. It doesn't charge or turn on and give the following blink code.
. . . . . . _ _ _ _ . It doesn't make sence since it's not 8 bit and it decodes to 15 which is not in the list. I have tried removing the battery and the 30 power switch press. But that doesn't work too
