Question Can't get rid of this app

I have an app on my ipad and iphone that functions as a shortcut. I want to get rid of it but can't find any way to do so. Can anyone help. The app looks like the photos... Thanks.

To delete the shortcut app on your iPad and iPhone, press and hold its icon until a menu pops up. Then, choose "Delete App" and confirm.
If it's still there, check if it's an app you downloaded or a native iOS feature. If it's native, you can't remove it. Hope that helps!
