Can't install driver audio on acer aspire 4925

My laptop can't detect an audio so, the informartion that it have is : no audio output device is installed. how it can be? and hwo to fix this troubleshooting? please explain this will you? thank anyway.......

Try to install this driver (ignore the model from download page , just choose sound driver)
