Can't install driver audio on acer aspire 4925

My laptop can't detect an audio so, the informartion that it have is : no audio output device is installed. how it can be? and hwo to fix this troubleshooting? please explain this will you? thank anyway....... 😀

Try to install this driver (ignore the model from download page , just choose sound driver)
