can't play it's lagging

I have gtx 1050ti 4gb graphic card and 4gb memory.but can't play it's lagging.why ??

Hi, always post what your system parts are.

While gaming, post a picture of your 'task manager', performance tab.

Also, When is it lagging? As you start the game? After half an hour?
