Solved! Can't remove a virus/malware

Everything I do is being monitored by an extension in Chrome I can't remove, I can't install Malwarebytes or any other anti virus program, Windows defender gets stuck when scanning... Can someone please help me ASAP!! Thanks,

From another PC, download a rescue CD (off-line scanner) like the ones below. Boot from that CD/USB drive and scan your system. Remove all identified threats.

However, you may have to perform a full, clean install to destroy the infestation. Hopefully, you have a back up of your files somewhere.

What extension? Have you tried uninstalling Chrome altogether and using an alternate browser?

This is the Extension . I thought it was only a Chrome virus, but its actually controlling my whole PC. I have reinstalled Chrome and tried a couple of different methods to remove the extension, but it always comes back.
No point in using an alternate browser, the virus is on my PC now...

Is there any way to do it without a second PC? Because I don't have one, I could ask my friends tho.
