Can't remove virus.

I have a virus, I am sure ntuserlitelist has something to do with it. It is stopping me
from moving and deleting folders, using regedit, over 20 antivirus and third party programs, system restore, and various other things.

I have spent four hours today going through tutorials and everything else and I have had no luck.
I am hoping someone will be able to help.

What specific error message(s) or pop-up windows do you see when you are stopped from moving and deleting folders etc.?

Have you tried Malwarebytes or Herd Protect?

What version of Windows are you using? Can you get into Safe Mode.

Can you boot from a recovery CD or USB drive?
