Cant send picture messages?

I have a nexus 5 black 32GB with Straight talk unlimited everything for $45/mo and cant send picture messages. Everything else works perfectly but when I try to send a picture message but it just keeps trying and then just fails. What Should I do? Here are my APN settings: http/prntscr.com/3by085

If no one can help, i recommend you ask assistance from your Carrier since that is a part of your subscription.

Picture messages are actually sent through the internet and not simply by the telecom signals. So you should make sure that mobile data is turned on.
And one more thing. Is this problem from the beginning or has it recently come up?
Create a backup and factory reset your phone if turning on data doesn't work, cause it might have happened by some phone settings.

Now I know why. Your $45/mo subscription does not cover up MMS messaging. You need to register with a $57/mo to have one. Read this link:
