b35m-e33 and 4670k

First I tried changing the multiplier from BIOS. It's set at "auto" and i cant change it for some reason. Then i installed intel ETU. The overclocking lock is enabled. When I click unlock and reboot it gives an error after booting that it couldn't change it. I also tried first disabling the turbo boost tech and then unlocking but no help. Tried googling but found no similar problems. Completely clueless about how to change the multiplier.

Solution
There was a time quite recently, when the B85 and H87 chipsets allowed for overclocking which resulted in articles like this one http://www.tomshardware.com/news/gigabyte-biostar-overclocking-h87-b85,23435.html but then Intel decided to put an end to that and articles like this started appearing http://www.bit-tech.net/news/hardware/2013/07/25/intel-overclocking-block/1 (note that the articles are within 2 weeks of each other)
I'm thinking if you can find a BIOS update prior to late July of this year, you may be able to get that feature to work, otherwise you'll be stuck where you are

well it was the cheapest mb, so i didnt expect much. But I dont think the mb is keeping the multiplier locked if it even has the oc genie thingy on it and different profiles for oc.
