Solved! Can'y get it to stay more than 30 seconds in

Still for 12 hours trying to get my 3.7 Intel Lenovo Windows 10 64-bit PC to stop rebooting . Is there a rescue disc. I have the Windows10 install disc but it let's you get to the command prompt and then reboots. Never stays still.

Does the reboot occur in the BIOS too, or only once inside Windows?

If Windows, then it's a software concern.
If it occurs in the BIOS too, then you likely have a hardware issue.
