Card reader problems

Hello,
I have a problem in my card reader(CR). When ever I plug the CR a message appears having information like this,"USb device not Recognized
One of the Usb device attached to computer has malfunctioning.

Ensure you have a driver installed for the card reader. The default one provided by the operating system may not always do the trick.
