Change digital coaxial output into input

I have some audio I'd like to route through my computer through the digital output on my realtek audio device on my motherboard. I'd like to change the digital coaxial output into and input so I can take in digital 5.1 and output it through the 3.5mm jacks on the same soundboard that connects to my 5.1 speakers.

Can anyone help me in changing this around cause i'm just frustrated at this point after looking for days.
