Changed phone number and didn't backup phone numbers and carrier would not retrieve them for me.how can I find out my contact

How can I get my old phone numbers and calls made and received on that old phone number. I tried for 2 months to get phone carrier to send my phone history and they said after the number was changed all that is unattable by me

The only way to get your call history is from the carrier. If you did not backup your contacts to external storage or had them saved to some account like your Google one, unless you can logon to your old phone and SIM card you will not get them.

Sorry, but if the phone carrier can't/won't get them for you then you are SOL.
