Charging issues with my Inspiron 7348

Hello! I have a Dell Inspiron 7348 or the Inspiron 13 7000 series 2 in 1. My charger has not been working but I am not sure if it is the battery or the carger itself. The box on the charger adapter has a green light thay lets me know in on (and power is running through it i guess). I plug the charger into the powerstrip or the wall (ive tried multiple outlets) and the green light is on. As soon as i plug the adapter into my computer, the green light turns off and the laptop does not charge. I have tried just about every order of plugging it in and nothing works. Does this sound like a charger issue or a battery issue? Any feedback would help, thanks!

only way to find out is getting/borrowing another charger to see if it works.issue can vary from the charger,battery and the laptop power jack itself.
