Charging my Tablet with my Mobile Charge, IS it Safe ?

Hi everyone, I have a Tablet manufactured by Indian Company Micromax, The Tablet is " Micromax Funbook P300 " Today my Tablets Wall Charger Stopped working and I tried to Charge my Tablet via Data Cable from PC but It was Slow as Hell.

So I have a HTC Desire X and It's Wall Charger and It Fits in my Tablet Charging Port. So Can I charger my Tablet with That ? Is it Safe ?

The Charger that came with Tablet was 5v and 1.5amps and they Charger I'm thinking to use is also 5v and 200mah ( 0.2 amps ), It's also charging Slow but Way Faster than my PC.

Back to Question- Is it Safe to do so ?

I would just go and buy a aftermarket USB wall charger as it will do a better job than any of the other options

Will get it Tomorrow but what about charging it Today ? Is it safe ? The Voltage of Both Wall Chargers is Same and the amps is Low than what my Stock Charger gives out so that shouldn't be any problem, Isn't it ?

If it doesn't matter how long it takes, I would use your laptop to charge it as the tablet is designed to charge form there, as I wouldn't take any risks that I don't have to

it is safe but the low ampere rate is what causing it to be charged so late
