cheap MP3 players not communicating with Windows 7 laptop

i have two Windows 7 laptops and have been trying to get my 3 (new) MP3 players to communicate with them

they are JIE LI driver sets

I go them on Ebay (under $5 each), and there was no support on any websites, they are completely generic

How can I get these MP3 players to talk to my Windows 7 laptops

Do you mean you don't see them in windows explorer?

Some mp3 players have to be set to a "usb mode" to be seen as drives you can drag files onto. Check the menu system on the players.
