Cheap performance laptop

I just want to know about the best budget performance laptops- $600 AUD is my budget, and I am looking for something that meets the following requirements:
-Equal to or below $600
-Dedicated GPU
-i5 or better processor
-decent battery life (4 hours)
-A bit of upgradability- I want to use it to help get used to modifying PCs.
-No desktop replacements, something slightly more portable (below 3kg)
-15.6" screen or lower
Thanks to all who reply. I prefer intel processors because I know more about them, but AMD is alright as well.

Anything else is secondary, however non shabby specs would be preferable- I.e. Not a screen that has 480p resolution

To be honest, there is no way you will get half the things on that list for $600AU.

You are not going to ever modify a laptop so forget that as well. They are simply not made to be changed.

Well, knowing it's not going to happen is better than thinking that such a thing's out there. Thanks, I think I need to get saving
